Progress update! .... The scale was up 3 pounds this week... Could be sodium. Could be hormones. Could be the fact that I enjoyed some wine   and cookies and dipped my sushi in soya sauce.  .  Regardless. Does it really matter???? I’m not defined my a number, or my body... or what size pants I wear. I’m a beautiful soul just trying to live happy, and be healthy, and inspiring others to do the same. Nothing more. Nothing less.  .  Gotta say, I’m pretty happy with these 5 week results, and these 30 minute workouts are my jam!  .  No need to obsess or deprive yourself beauties. No need to kill yourself for hours working out either. No need for pills or some magical fat loss shake. Not needed. There is such a thing as finding balance, living life, being healthy and loving the journey     🙏
