Amazing what can happen in 20 minutes from home isn't?? Transform 20.. Complete!    I have to say, I'm kinda really proud of these 5 week changes. Abs come and go. The number fluctuates. But being HAPPY, and healthy. That's an inside job friends..and abs and a number isn't going to make that happen.. they are just an added BONUS :)   Despite my intentions of following this new program to a T, I didn't, and I'm totally OK with that, as my goal isn't perfection. It's actually just to be HAPPY and healthy, and inspiring others to do the same!  During these past 6 weeks I can tell you a wine tour with a bestie happened. Chips and Dip were involved. My 37th Birthday Happened. Date Nights happened. Vegas Happened. California Happened. Room Service and Pizza Happened. Halloween came and went.  Years ago all of these LIFE events would have just been something in my way, an excuse to stop, or a reason not to start, but when I shifted my thinking from weight loss, and numbers to just simply being HAPPY and HEALTHY and mastering my mindset and perspective, that's when I found food freedom. Like REAL LIFE food freedom.    It got REALLY exhausting always trying to GET somewhere.. I just figured out how to simply BE.  A human-BEing.. not always a human DO-ing!  I was no longer eating and obsessing over calories, points, macros, and I no longer exercised because I needed to burn off things. I wasn't after a bikini... or striving for smaller pants. I lost my daily addiction to the scale, and stopped basing my WORTH on numbers.    I was building a body for LIFE.. not just short term.  It was simply a promise I made to myself to focus on health, instead of diets, quick fixes, and starting over every single Monday. I wanted to give my kids a mom with energy. A mom who was happy, healthy and STRONG. Not a mom that was miserable, and exhausted all the time.  Guys.. If you've been following me for a while now, I hope you know that what I do isn't magic. No magic pills, no magic anything. Just a lifestyle change I made over 15 years ago... and one that I will do for the rest of my life.  I simply eat well, exercise at home, live my life.... and I would love to show you how to do the same. Keeping in mind a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE really doesn't have an end date.     You missed the boat for my November 5th group, but I'll be filling spots for my next group soon! Stick around for more details.. Cause yes.. CHRISTMAS is coming, and you could LIVE through that too.. and feel amazing in your skin!
